Not to point out the obvious, but all of those links state that between 2004 and 2013 they are looking into failings that have lead to the death of 11 babies.
Not that 11 is "ok", if 11 babies have died needlessly then that is still horrifying, but... Err... 600 seems to be a slight exaggeration?
