because it's Big Brother.....normal rules do not apply you do something wrong in the house........others pay for it.....then you pay for making them pay for it......and so on and so on....
it's actually quite a good way to do it......just punishing someone for what they do in the house may just make them carry on doing the same thing......doing it this way it might stop them doing it......or and this is what BB hope they will carry on doing it.....and have to nominate more people to take their punishment....causing arguments.......see it's all the circle of life in the BB house....
