In this argument, definitely Chanelle's. It was pathetic enough that it was about hair straighteners, but I think Emily blew things out of proportion and thought it'd be OK for her to just say whatever she wants and everyone should shut up and listen. That's not how it works, dear. She got a real shock when Chanelle came storming back and told her that it wasn't up to her to say who should have priority when.

What annoyed me was Emily saying this, as if they're all children in the house and can't take care of themselves - it's as if she didn't think they were intelligent/considerate enough to realise that just because they got priority with one thing, they wouldn't with another. And obviously Chanelle's hair is short, therefore she is right in saying that there's not an awful lot she can do. Plus it does only take her about 5 minutes! Emily's bitching calling her an 'uncouth bitch' was quite mean as well - firstly, IMO she isn't, and secondly, at least whatever Chanelle did she did it right in front of her.
