I actually agree with that to an extent. Not so much that she's insincere - you seem to have cancelled that out by saying she's willing to confront problems.
I think she's being genuine anyway - it must be hard in there; moreso at the beginning, especially if you're sensitive, and it can't be easy to cry just like that (unless you're an actress or student of drama
)
