I did Cherie - but only superficially.
I have just re-read it and I now see where Kizzy is coming from (though a tad of extra-link comment would have been helpful).
I was under the impression that this "£448 million pound 'initiative' was directly and indirectly helping these families, but I should have known better.
Like PFI and other blatant government schemes to divert public money away from those most deserving of aid into the pockets of their cronies (with nice manilla envelopes and golden handshakes along the way - and I mean ALL Governments) this is just more of the same.
Helping anyone is not the motive then, just helping themselves.
