Once identified £1000 is payable to the agency involved, and a further £800 once they are successfully off welfare, but what if they aren't after the mandatory 13 week work/training placement?

Sounds similar to the work program..just an excuse to siphon off money to private companies again, despite it being proven time and time again to not actually help anyone
