..yeah it is early..yesterday I woke up late and today it was around 2.30am, I think it's the clock change..it's the only time my pattern really gets screwed a bit but it sorts itself out after a few weeks...try making your body flop while you're lying there/relaxing your toes right up to your head bit by bit, that can often help you to drift into sleep....
