so how many should we give the aids drugs to? why don't you just answer the question honestly instead of sanctimonious preaching? he made legitimate points, most other nations need health insurance we don't? why? £100+ million on treating foreigners with aids? is this our job? 60% of those treated are foreigners? all part of the exact same argument and discussion.
