Personally, I think Charley's more to blame than Emily!?
Emily said something she shouldn't have and should have been punished in one way or another but, not kicked out. That was extreme!
But, Charley, who didn't seem to let it bother her at the time and wanted to keep it quiet when Emily apologised, suddenly started harping on and on and on: "I can't believe you said that", "I'm shocked by what you just said", "Why did you say that?".
Then she started saying "No, it's cool, just forget it", "Nobody else needs to know", "Let's just forget it", "Just drop it, ok" etc etc.
Next thing you see is Charley blabbing it to everyone who'll listen, she even brings it up in the bedroom when the others - who didn't know anything had hapened - are talking as normal, and starts a big fuss there too.
No, Charley had to get the limelight and made damn sure that BB and all the housemates knew exactly what was said. She couldn't let it drop. She saw a chance to get rid of at least one piece of competition and she took it!
If she'd have stuck by her "I'm not bovvered" comments and kept her gob shut, then Emily would have probably just been penalised in some smaller way.
If Charley had called Emily a Honky or Chalky, would she have been booted out - I very much doubt it? Probably just a warning!
Btw, I'm not a fan of Emily. I think she's a spoilt rich-bitch who had no great talent except for arguing about tongs/straighteners etc! But BB took it to the max and made an example of her. That was way too harsh!
