if I have the time I bake something on the weekend, haven't tried to do bread yet.

I look at a few versions and change it slightly to my mom and my tastes.
And all the stuff I make is easy, it doesn't mean I have an easy time making it
It usually takes me a few goes before I'm happy with a dish.
