I still sneeze and get an itchy throat occasionally but I take tablets for that which clears it up. The best ones I ever took were ones beginning with 'Z' can't remember the exact name but they worked a treat, shame they don't make them anymore.

Talking of this I got a prescription today cos the pollen count is amazingly high here and I'm suffering badly. The tablets are called Cetirizine Dihydrochloride
