On the one hand at least we get to see who the traitors are but there does seem to be no effective punishment for people who basically commit treason or show that they carry treasonable views in their hearts.

I think once it has been established that a person or persons have travelled to join a terrorist organisation that has at its core a solemn vow to destroy the UK and murder its citizens, those people regardless of where they were born must have their passports revoked and be denied entry in the UK.

This of course after a long stint in a max security prison for the treasonable offence itself.

Don't like the UK or its people or customs or values......fine then don't be in the UK ***** off back to some desert somewhere and live out your strange warped ideology there.

Perhaps this would act as a deterrent to others although how many there are that carry these views in secret is a big worry.

Perhaps the security forces should employ more devious methods to expose these madmen/madwomen , perhaps like a "honey" trap they could develop a "Jihadi" trap that lets these people expose themselves and show their true colours before whisking them and their families away out of the UK permanently.

Just a thought.......but we do need to address this issue as it is a growing problem and could be the precursor to another wave of deadly terrorist atrocities.........
