Empty starchy carbohydrates. I agree with not wanting to live on salads or veg but you can keep ALL of the tasty parts of a diet and just cut the "bulk" by removing white bread, pasta and potatoes. All are basically nutritionally worthless.

Potatoes fill you up better than anything else though, or they do with me. I could eat no end of salad, veg, and most meat and still feel peckish. Whereas a baked potato with beans or something fills me for hours and hours :S
