I guess the difference is that this was an on going thing for that girl, day in day out and not just a once in a while type thing? I think the whole thing (her reporting it, not taking a different road etc) tells you a lot more about her tbh
We only have her word for the blocking thing. She seems to be, as i said before, a piece of work.
Any other girl would have ignored, it, changed route, told them to feck off etc
but for some reason she decided to go to the police who rightly told her to do one in a polite and official manner
No one is excusing the oiks but oiks exist and she needs to get a bit more street savvy and realistic
also maybe get her hair styled
