Because "you" can say the word within your posts, as the way have worded your post, explains "why".
It is like other offensive-to-some words, which can be said within a post from a certain-protected person also.
It depends on the surroundings in-general, who it is & where it is & so much more.
Also, how it is, "within-the-sentance"

I have something amazing to tell you & everyone else actually.
The "N" word which Emily said, got her thrown out of the BB house. After she said it, it was all over the news.
But then, Channel 4 & Endemol showed the complete & utter uncut footage, containing the (N) word, just as YOU have TYPED it into YOUR post, "oh-protected-one"
So, how can that happen?????
If the (Other-offensive-word) which YOU know-about, at the back of YOUR mind, is also offensive.(Relating here to Jade, Jo & Danielle+Jack.T) + Diary-Room warnings......
Then
The (N) word must be different?????
So, I say that a black person is no more important than an Indian person.
I also say that a Pakistani person is no more important than a Swedish person.
I say, we are all the same. Equal.....
But how can BB8 transmit that (N) word & YOU say, that the problems with this concern racism??
