Emily said the (N) word & the moment she said it, it was Bye..Bye..Emily. That is just the way it goes, as regards to BB rules. The fact that the word was repeated afterwards, was in regards to what Emily had said.
Endemol are not interested in anyone else but Emily and that is the person who has been chucked out.
It is very understanding that people do complain, but Endemol have cotton-wool in their ears, so don't expect them to listen to moaning-minnies for god-sake, they haven't the time, I am afraid, MaDdOctoR.

the 3 of them said the word.

Yes!! But Emily said it first & those who rule can do as they please. Endemol are well aware of the law and have acted upon Emily's mistake in that moment.
It was also in front of Charley & said to her, in the spirit of how it was said, which Emily herself explained.

That is the problem though....channel 4 and BB have made out that Emily is Racist by chucking her out for saying the same word that both Charley and Nikki had said also......Charley before that point.

Emily first, Charley second, Nicky third. All was televised and the (N) word was said in front of everyone watching.
Look who runs the show, Look who broadcasts the show, Look at the word which was shown for all to see, even after Emily was booted out. Look at the debate about the (N) word & try to work out how confusing it all is.
Hardly worth trying to compete with the powerhouses.
They run the show

this is why some people are still calling her racist, again the producers get it wrong.....very wrong.
