That's what I thought. If anything they surely would target him just so he uses up his immunity...he wants to stay in there so he would use it in the early weeks to ensure he stays...if only to help cure his betting addiction
.... Seriously though if any of them have any sense they will nominate him without guilt , knowing he can use his immunity. They won't be able to use that as a reason but they will placate him by using that as a reason to justify their noms for him....an easy get out!!
