Quite a few people do like Shabz! It's just quite a few dislike her too...
People have an opinion on Shabnam because she actually adds to the house. She gets involved and is entertaining to watch.
People don't really dislike Tracey and Carole or like them because they do absolutely NOTHING and add nothing to the house.
Bigger characters always have more people disliking them and more liking them. They have done things so people actually have an opinion on them.
