no one is laughing, this is life and death
people cannot get scanned , even for blood clots. 25000 died in uk hospitals last year from undiagnosed blood clots.....the money must be loaded at the front end to get these multi million scanners working vastly more hours and across the weekend ...this is done by changing staff rotas across the uk....the radiogists and other specialists have spent years training, yet these machines are on 8 hours a week? meantime these patients without knowing whats worng with them block beds, take pills, endless medication and take up nurses and doctors time etc etc
furthermore , more money intitially must be pumped in (8 billion so far) but the savings on the back end will be far bigger
benefits
1) people will find out whats wrong with them quicker and will take their cure quicker
2) less bed blocking
3) less taking up nurses , doctors, cleaners time
4) less medication wasted
5) more lives saved
6) saves cancers or diseases spreading
7) saves on the enormous expense of some cancer drugs if the cancer is caught earlier
8) less cleaning
7) less cooking, less food used
9) less knock on illnesses from undiagnosed problems
10) less burocratic delays.
11) less endless phone work, telling people rolling around in agony that their scan is cancelled and delayed
12) saves doctors time
13) saves surgeons , anaesthetists , secretaries, nurses time etc etc
getting more people scanned vastly more easily and getting the scanners manned will save billions on the back end
14)further more getting millions healthier faster saves other side costs like caring costs , family caring time, disabled equipment etc etc
15)it also means these people can get back to work earlier, more productive and paying taxes to the treasury.....its a win win
hospitals are for patients, theyre for getting sick people better....simple as that we seem to have lost focus of that simple goal and the best way to achieve it is to get millions more scanned quicker and easier across the nation
THIS GOAL SHOULD GET CROSS PARTY SUPPORT
