How is it racially offencive if emily (another race) said that and okay charley saying it??
If you call a white person the (N) word, it is not offensive to a white person, as the (N) word doesn't have the same meaning in that respect.

The (N) word comes from the word:- "Negro" a black person.

As Charley is a black person, it works differently.

Endemol, (that's the people behind Big Brother) have good advisors & solicitors who know the law & the decision was to throw out Emily, as she said the word to Charley & keep Charley in, "even though she repeated the word."
