I didn't mind Jade at the start, I saw her as a slightly amusing fecking eejit who talked absolute ****e but was probably essentially a nice girl and pretty harmless.
She's beginning to irritate me now though. I'm not convinced that she is that nice afterall. I see her as increasingly fake, everything about her persona comes across as fake to me lately. She laughs completely over the top at absolutely every single thing Nick says and keeps touching him with her arms even when he is not saying anything that funny.
She keeps going around trying to convince people like Kieran and Nick about the 'bad vibes' and 'bad energy' she feels about Eileen and the twins, surprisingly this was only after the twins nominated her.
Also coming across completely fake the way she is handling the luxury food situation. Pretending to feel guilt and feeling soooo bad infront of the housemates and trying to pretend BB forced her to eat things, but really seemingly not giving a feck about it really.
I know it's not onesided and that housemates will dislike each other, and that the twins and Eileen obviously have a slight problem with her too, but I do think Eileen may be right that it is because she sees through her act and Jade knows it.
Jade's reaction to the oujia board was so ridiculous and sounded like absolute bs that she refused to talk more about, I think the true reason for her reaction was that she actually believes in the oujia board and was too scared to play but she made some other crap excuse instead. Either that or she was just looking for attention. Either way, Jade was bound to have noticed that Eileen just sat there staring at her whilst the others ran to comfort her.
I agree with the poster sungrass about the conversation Jade and Eileen had about things happening to good people. Jade was spewing absolute nonsense there and Eileen cut right through it.
Jade makes herself look so stupid sometimes with the stuff she says and I wrote before how she seemed to contradict herself a lot in her polyamorus talk but the others despite a few questions, seem to mainly nod their heads and listen respectfully to her nonsense and contradictions. I really don't think she has a clue about what she's saying most of the time which can be amusing to watch but Eileen questions her and I don't think she likes that.
Adjoa said she loved Jade and got along really well with her yet when Nick asked Jade what song had played for Adjoa's eviction Jade said it was a song called "boo" and laughed, came across a bit bitchy for somebody who was supposed to be her friend...
Now she's going to try to say she feels ostracised by the "cool girls" and make out she's just a dorky, spiritual feckin butterfly who hasn't a malicious bone in her body, when she is the one who seems to have a bigger problem with the twins beforehand. I've heard her speaking about them several times but can't think of them mentioning her at all. I'm just not really buying it anymore.
Her being an eejit and saying daft things I can handle and even find amusing. Her daft persona actually being fake and trying to play a victim against anybody who questions her is something I have no time for.
I'll watch tonight's episode first though to see what actually happens as I can't view the clips.
Maybe Jade sees Eileen's 'quirkiness' as also being a false type of act (which it may or may not be?) and they dislike the similarity they see in each other. Who knows? But at the minute Jade is not coming across well and is beginning to annoy me.
