Eilleen has always come across as straight forward & honest and upfront about any concerns or things she has to say to others (unlike some who prefer to say it all behind a persons back instead of to their face)

Oh she's said plenty behind peoples backs. She has an air of superiority about her and his happy to use her age in discussions to back up her points claiming to have more life experience, so she must be right. She dismisses anyone who attempts to explain themselves really rudely and acts the younget in the house anyways.
