I don't know if you've ever been in such a situation but one of the many possible reactions is to laugh out of discomfort. I wouldn't fault Joel for laughing but I wouldn't doubt that he entirely wanted it to stop. Aaron crossed the line repeatedly in the incident and what he did was sexual harassment. Cut and dry.

Men tend not to expect sexual harassment in life so it's completely shocking when it happens. Joel didn't know what to do and was laughing because despite his extreme discomfort everyone else was too.

Do I think Joel wanted Aaron removed for that? Probably not. But I fully support Big Brother's decision. That sort of behaviour is not a drunken laugh when it is so thoroughly unwanted and Joel did not want it. He couldn't even bring himself to kiss Aaron earlier, how do you think he felt when Aaron stripped off and jumped on him and in his bed?
