Each to their own
but it is a bit disappointing in this day and age that someone especially a female would be ok with saying that. Joel did ask Aaron to stop several times, whether he said it with a smile on his face or not he did ask him to stop.
That said, i dont believe that Aaron should have been evicted based on what we saw it was just playing about that went to far, a warning would have sufficed.
