And? I expect most of them won't have won their series, some may have even deserved to, some may even deserve to win this one over some of the more irrelevant current housemates so yeah I don't see the issue
Ex housemates enter in foreign versions and them being eligible to win is a given, no reason why it shouldn't be over here
