I kind of get what you're saying, but I think the main difference in the circumstances, is the context of both situations, whereas Aaron purposely rubbed himself up against Joel after repeatedly being told to stop and behave himself, Harry was just simply changing from one set of clothes (or lack of) into something more suitable for her 'date' with Nick, so where Aaron physically invaded Joel's personal space by unwarranted touching and an underlying sexually charged thing, Harry didn't actually come into contact with Marc, nor did the situation have any connotations, other than changing what she was wearing.
