our obsession with degrees, qualifications and certificates ...over intelligence, practical skills, common sense and experiences....especially in nonsense degrees....spotty nosed graduates aged 22 straight into top jobs telling 1000s of far more experienced knowledgeable people how to run operations.....nuts
