Simon because I think he will have the more entertaining return to the house.
Give Simon this power and it might go to his head, he will have thoughts that the public wanted him to have this special treatment and he would no doubt cause more of a scene when he returns.
Marc will probably laugh most of it off and Sam probably wouldn't realise what was happening.
