Just watched it and she didn't say that, she said '[reference to punching him (can't remember word for word)] and then get removed' as in she herself would be removed for doing so

Although due to editing it was a bit odd but to me it looked like she did that HOURS after he'd left (for attention, passing Nick on the way - WHAT A COINCIDENCE) when he hadn't spoken to her for ages - although as I say editing could be in play, I'd have thought he'd have been up Sam's fanny all night from what happened afterwards. I think she's sly.
