It's a brave move to make regardless.

I work for a housing association. I love my job and work with great people. I just deal with all customer enquiries. I'm full time at the moment but will go back down to part time when I go back to uni in September. They're very good at supporting me with my hours and it's paid well, too. I'm very happy with it but don't take it for granted. I know I could go in tomorrow and they could say they don't need me any more. But it's been a year and a half and I'm still there.
