Why should someone reach a common ground with a man who calls women slutbuckets and refers to her as a pig, smelly, ugly, thick and dangerous. And acts one way when he thinks he's reading out Danny's words and another way when it turns out those perfectly reasonable words are from Harry.

He's the one who has had a problem with her and chooses to just ignore her, or so he says (the manipulative little ****). In actual fact we've seen him make sly digs such as a calling her a pig on his way out of the room. What happened next? Second in command Danny comes into the room to tell Harry how she should be acting.

A happy medium with Marc is essentially letting him control the house, which the others are happy to do because they're drips. She however is not.
