No she didn't. Someone who really has a point would have just said that he was so popular because of his appearance, she was just taking another chance to be a horrible piece of work.
And Jack's own personality should be irrelevant to anyone who is genuinely against insulting over looks. I don't like Jack, that doesn't mean I think mocking his weight is decent.
