I think the fact he won the "Winner" vote has overtime gone to his head, the fact the original housemates have never nominated him despite him providing them with multiple valid reasons for doing so has created a sense of entitlement.
ie when he ripped into Sam for nominating him because of his gambling issue when he was saying "I TRUSTED YOU AND YOU THREW IT IN MY FACE!!!!" and got extremely irrate about it - only for Sam to calmly point out that Jack never had that conversation with her, and she only heard it via Simon/in the media and online before entering.
You could place a few housemates in that same position as Jack and you could almost guarantee they'd be nominated for it.
