She's not going to go in and just slag people off immediately, she's said as much herself.
They'll go in and talk to them, have a laugh, settle in and then Monday morning once they're settled in she'll start speaking her mind about people as she feels more comfortable.
But then Marc will probably go in guns blazing, starting arguments and Helen will get involved with them no doubt.
