Nikki doesn't like Jack and she's taking him down in the best way possible. It's not mean, it's not cruel and it's not abusive. She is barely doing anything, it's Jack's ego that's doing all the work.
It's ridiculous to think that Nikki is in anyway shape of form comparable to Helen.
