Nobody singled out Nikki as the only culprit, though.
She was one of them, and this discussion happens to be about Nikki and her nasty traits, so her role in Shahbaz's bullying (which you still haven't actually properly addressed) will naturally come up.

Oh, the opposite is true. Nikki's role is widely forgotten / glossed over because of her popularity. She's not as all "crucified for it", far from it.
