You're oversimplifying things to suit your own argument. I'm not a hypocrite for judging Helen for her behavior, I'd be hypocritical if I attacked her looks, or branded her Moira Hindley, or calling her a peado or if I said anything that Helen has done recently. Judging someone on their behavior is fine, Helen is a twat because she's acted like a twat. What Helen does is vicious and uncalled for and totally different.
