Because she does things so slyly. The way she dug herself in with the old housemates by slagging off her fellow new housemates. I also really dislike people who use emotional blackmail on other people and that's what she's doing when she goes off and sulks. It's an attention getting ploy, meant to make others feel uncomfortable and to be the object of pity.
In her VT she stated that she would confront anyone who riled her, but made no mention whatsoecver of mega sulking.
