Really annoyed with the pampering of him.
Like: Aww, you´re so sweet, i love you. I feel so sorry for you, aww. You have friends here, We are your friends! Don´t worry. Everything is all right. Come on you, little one (or something like that). You´re the best, you a good guy and stuff.
He is an adult you know, he is not a child anymore.
