how to get rid of evil tennant?
as some may know I had a nightmare in a property last year which saw £7000 of mostly criminal damage. in a house with 6 kids and 2 dogs (plus puppies being bred for money)
well a relative of theirs is at one of my other houses.....
she also breeds dogs for money. except she didn't bother feeding or giving her dogs food or water...the rspca were called, there were utterly useless...they took 1 dog out just about alive
the tenant was unaccountable but when they did finally see her leaving the house she said the dog had died weeks ago and was buried somewhere in the garden
this same tenant has over 50 rubbish bags in the garden, now there are rats...the neighbours spent £200+ on pest control and now have a water leak running into their house from mine
the same tenant has stolen the housing benefits, hasn't paid rent for 8 weeks and has even forged documents with my signature to claim housing benefits
the person has both keys due to a marital split and I have no key
by the letter of the law I am still powerless to go in there and save my house and perhaps a dog who may be in there still
the public health did nothing, the housing benefits fraud did nothing, the police I haven't bothered, the housing benefits team did nothing, the rspca did almost nothing , shouldn't someone be taken to court for letting an animal starve and aother to almost starve?
what a state of a country we are? what would you do if you were me?
its reached the stage if the house was on fire, id be breaking the law by going in to put it out
now they have landlord personal licenses next AND landlord property license per property...those forms are 20 pages the fees go from £300 to £840 per house
additionally all housing benefits goes direct to tenants who often simply steal it, trash the house, report the house to the council then eventually leave with no accountability and stolen housing benefits
yet this story is never told, for some reason the populist approach is all landlords are evil money grabbers
the logic alone says the landlord has a vested interest in maintaining his property and the tenant does not
this isn't politics this is real politic....the actual end result of the moronic idiocy that takes place in Westminster and beyond....it seems to be everything is unfit for purpose
what on earth am I going to do?
