The only way to deal with Helen or Marc is by ignoring them and not rising to the bait , they will stop at nothing , there is nothing they wouldn't say to win any conflict and most people have a conscience that doesn't allow that. Helen hates being called a bully if I did anything I would throw the bully bomb and watch her explode .Then ignore her not retaliate and watch her go on and on and on about how she isn't a bully and say the word bully a million times, like she did last night about the word picking. "H e said I was picking " in her dreadful droney voice .
