Because some people find personal insults amusing. I cannot stand Helen and I like you will argue and highlight the vileness of what she says...but I would never attack her looks or features to win an argument.
Helen does this when she finds herself incapable of discussing an issue...she resorts by making a personal attack and hits well below the belt.
Tonight she went too far. Victor went in there with a mission to speak to those housemates who had not had feedback like Joel, Nick, Christian etc. BB told him to approach certain housemates and Helen didn't like the fact that he gave advice to Marc to steer clear of her...which instigated her onslaught.
