I think the biggest weakness and flaw Helen has is that she can't look at herself.That's why she gets really upset and can't shut up if someone criticizes her and why she cried in the diary room.

Her hypocrisies in almost everything she says about others when I think she privately knows that most of her criticisms of others ca be applied MORE SO to her,

IE she knows she dictates to the house at same time as she was moaning that Chloe should shut up cos she heard her voice too loudly talking over the others in the living room.

And the real reason she has a go so much at some people and burst into tears is because she privately knows she is a horrible person

and can't face herself when people like Brian really have a go at her.
