Correct. The same "progress" that means so many parents are terrified to let their children out of their sight because whilst it was "fine in the old days", there are now "too many weirdos and paedophiles around". In actual fact there are no more than there ever were and children are actually safer than ever. We just hear more about the sort of (very rare) abductions and attacks that have always happened.
