Well there was a public vote and he left the house. And when he moved to the bunker, his status changed. As a proof, he nominated with the timewarpers, time warpers didnīt leave when they were supposed to (according to original plan) and he was immune at the same time with the time warpers, even when he already had immunity last week and didnīt deserve it this time.
In producers minds, he might be considered as a timewarp housemate and not as an actual BB housemate with a chance to win.
