Dubs are known as jackeens..... they don't like it usually but put up with it as they call the rest of ireland culchies. The origin of the word jackeen comes from when I think it was queen victoria came to dublin all the dubs were out waving small union jack flags - hence jackeens. Anyone true irish person who saw marc singing rule britannia last night would have said....ah sure, he's only a jackeen he doesn't know any better.
