Like you blaming the editing - the most risible excuse possible for what they did in the house, just barrel on ignoring what they actually did and blame the editing. The limerick wasnt even shown, the racism proven without doubt - and yet it wasn't even shown - now thats some editing, but of course it totally contradicts your argument about editing yet to push on regardless, needing a reason to excuse the inexcusable.

Most drivers will try to get out of an offence.

As, you mentioned the (Limerick), I shall say, "Go to a good book shop or a film shop & you will find racist jokes within books and DVD's & Videos. That is fact!!!

Shilpa Shetty was blamed for being patronising, etc...
I also know from experience, that being patronising can cause certain people to retort in personal attacks, while those who have been that way, never personally attacked first.
If Shilpa Shetty can bring out the worst in four housemates, what about the other housemates who can keep tight-lipped but dislike Shilpa, but keep it in their head instead.
That is how people are.
Some get angry and can't help it & some have a unique style and can handle it in a special way
