It's not that Helen was treated disrespectfully. But it was obvious Emma was showing her dislike for Helen and her adoration of Nikki.
A presenter is supposed to remain neutral. She pretty much just said I hate you, I like her.

Emma is told what to say and Helen did say some out of order things, Emma doesn't write her own things, She had to talk about Helen's time in the house and what she did. Nikki didn't come across bad as Helen tbh
