Aisleyne was saying that she didn't know itv would pay michael's fine for him and this is completely plausible. The contract may have said something along the lines of "if you win the case, you will get your money".

It is ridiculous that marc thought he knew more about this particular moment in aisleynes life than aisleyne did and it is disgusting that he was so convinced that he called her a liar after she swore on her mothers grave
