It probably said something like "if you win the case, you will get the money".. And this was Aisleyne's point. To call somebody a liar after the swear on their mothers grave because they've singed TV contracts before is disgusting. Maybe even a new low for Marc.
Marc has no idea how ITV, Judge Rinder or TV contracts work, he just assumed he did because hes signed some before. His ego let a girl get that upset because he assumed he was right. Genuinely despicable.

It wouldn't really concern the plaintiff/Aisleyne as long as she got a pay off. Her contract would of been different to the defendants contract.
The show is based on mediation with both parties agreeing to abide by the results and any monetary award being paid by the show.
It amazes me how many people don't thoroughly read a contract.
